Our vouchers are physical, thoughtfully designed, and either posted or available for collection. Please allow 3–5 working days for delivery – thank you for your patience.

Please Note — Some Important Guidelines
In the past, we took a break from offering vouchers due to misunderstandings around usage and expiry. We’re happy to offer them again, but with clear and respectful boundaries in place to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
🌿 Vouchers are valid for 6 months only.
No extensions, replacements for lost vouchers, or exceptions can be made.
We recommend booking as soon as possible – Chloco is a busy space with limited availability, and we’d love to accommodate you.
